Quality Assurance

Quality assurance is achieved only through strict application of quality parameters. We implement a ISO 9001 based Quality Management System. It is focused on the identification, documentation, and implementation of design, engineering, procurement, fabrication controls, testing, and certification requirements of a project which satisfies client’s requirements regarding the quality of work. This acts as a means to ensure that the project’s process conforms to the design criteria, specifications, applicable industry codes, standards and governmental regulations; and that the final product is safe, functional, reliable, and cost-effective.

Quality Control

Products that pass the final test of our quality control team are authorized in the delivery batch. Premier’s Quality Control function is systematically applied by a cadre of highly trained and qualified inspection personnel. They are led by a corporate ASNT Level II Examiner and CWI’s to ensure that 100% of the products shipped from our end conform to all the customer’s requirements. Our systematic Quality Control approach employs detailed inspection and validation procedures that meet Client and Code requirements, including the ‘Internal Production Weld NDE Sampling’ above the projects requiring NDE, using the full gamut of state of the art Non-destructive Examination methods.
